The HC-RFS series of Brushless servo motors have been developed specifically for use with the compact Mitsubishi MEL MR-J2S Super packaged brushless drives.

The Mitsubishi "Short body" HC-SFS series of Brushless servo motors offering peak torque ratings to 50Nm, Absolute encoder feedback with a resolution up to 131072 counts per revolution and planetary gearheads with peak torque ratings to 210Nm. They have been developed specifically for use with the compact Mitsubishi MEL MR-J2S Super packaged brushless drives.

Developed for the Model 637 packaged brushless drive, the ACM series Brushless servo motors provide a fully self contained servo system with an integrated motion controller offering many advanced control features. 4000RPM Servo motors, frame sizes 105 – 145mm square, peak torque ratings to 25Nm and planetary geared versions with peak torques up to 1200Nm.

The Eurotherm 637 series AC brushless integrated drive system provides a complete brushless drive and control solution for use with the high power ACM series range of AC brushless servo motors. With its superior motion control algorithm developed to meet the most demanding accuracy requirements the Mclennan Digiloop PM600 motion controller enables unparalleled motor control and accuracy to be obtained. Its low unit cost facilitates economic control unlike any other motion controller. This single axis controller is able to achieve much tighter loop control resulting in zero error. This, combined with the Digiloop algorithm results in superior smoothness, stability and positional accuracy, even when remotely mounted high resolution encoding is employed. Where the sequential control of two axes is required however, a single Digiloop PM600 may be used to control two motors. Its compact size ensures that even where the control of multi-axis systems is required the Digiloop PM600 remains a space efficient and economic solution. In such systems the required number of controllers are simply linked together via RS232 or RS485 thereby providing the ultimate flexibility and maximum up-grade potential.
