Suitable for use with the Premotec CL29 series motors, the OS30 gearbox series has a rated torque up to 0.2Nm, a choice of 12 or 24Vdc motors and a wide range of standard gear ratios. The P23-1 gearhead utilises an all steel planetary construction to provide an outstanding torque transmission capability for a unit of such compact dimensions. A the high precision construction with controlled backlash down to less than 1° makes the P23 series units ideal for high accuracy miniature servo positioning systems. Suitable for use with either M23 or M28 series motors where peak torque ratings up to 70Ncm may be achieved.

The P30 series is a precision planetary gearhead featuring controlled backlash to less than 1° and a peak torque capability to 6Nm. In standard execution the 30/1 series utilises a combination of plastic first stage and metal final planetary gear stages. For heavy duty applications the P30-1S series utilise steel gear stages throughout the planetary unit. The P30 series is suitable for fitting to M28 and M35 series dc servo motors and provide a combination of high torque and smooth running ideally suited to high performance servo applications which require a combination of high dynamic operation and compact overall dimensions

MRIG geared dc servo motors are ideally suited to light industrial applications where a combination of high strength and accurate control is required. The motors utilise a skew wound ironless rotor construction and high strength magnets to provide smooth low speed operation with the consequential benefits of low running noise and long life. A wide range of options, particularly on the more powerful M66 series motors enable the design engineer to select the optimum feedback device such as a dc tachogenerator for analogue control or an incremental encoder when digital control of speed or position is required. The IP57 series of planetary gearboxes are suitable for use with the M66 series DC Servo Motors resulting in a small size high torque servo drive. Addittionally the M66 motors may be fitted with either a parking brake, incremental encoder or DC tachogenerator. Ideal for packaging systems, conveyors and light industrial applications. Rated torque up to 19Nm.
