SM9832 - 4 axis 3.5kW per axis Cold Foil servo system

4 axis high power servo system originally designed for foil winding on a four colour Heidelberg Speedmaster press converted for Cold Foil application processes. Uses four individual Mitsubishi MR-J2 drives controlling four Mitsubishi HC-SFS3524 3-phase AC servo motors, and a Mitsubishi FX2N-48 control PLC, but without the Mclennan PC600 industrialised controllers.

This system is brand new stock released following customer non-compliance. It is fully tested, supplied with all cables, remote control box, firmware, drawings and circuits, four Mitsubishi HC-SFS3524 encoded motors coupled to 10:1 gearboxes. Requires a 3-phase AC supply. Mclennan Servo Supplies are the original design authority and manufacturer of this retro-fit servo system for the cold foil process.
